The Nest thermostat won’t shut off the heat/cool and repeatedly starts and stops. An Ac/heating technician checked everything out and determined it’s a defective Nest base plate. I would like to send the unit back, because in addition, it’s not user friendly for me and I want a touchscreen model. This was purchased through Arizona APS Marketplace. Please let me know what I need to do to resolve this. Thanks!

Thanks for posting. Are you located in North America or Europe? What type of Nest Thermostat do you have? Also, could you send us the service invoice from your HVAC company that determined the issue with the Nest Thermostat base?
