Nest Thermostat didn't report all your energy use for two months in a row

Hi, I've had a Nest Thermostat installed for 3 months, and it works flawlessly with the nest app on my phone, and also with my Amazon Alexa's, so no Wi-Fi or connectivity issues. However, the monthly email I get from Nest always says "Unfortunately, your Nest Thermostat didn't report all your energy use for two consecutive months, so we've estimated your usage based on the available data."

I'm in the UK, so my thermostat was installed professionally, and it controls heating and hot water, through the same boiler. No air conditioning.

How can i get the app to send the necessary data back to Nest, for a successful monthly report?
