Heatlink Freezes Up

My Heat Link box has frozen up three times recently. The boiler stops working but displays no error messages. It just says ‘Ready’. The thermostat and phone app tell me the boiler is heating. Switching the Heat Link to manual has no effect.  I can unfreeze it only by switching off power at the fuse box. This switches off power to the boiler, the Heat Link and a bunch of sockets through the house. Then it works as before.   Is there any fix or do I need a replacement Heat Link? Also had a heating engineer look at it but he suggested contacting Google.

I have a Learning Thermostat Model ‘Display-3.7’ and a Heat Link Model ‘Amber-2.5’. Both installed December 2023.  Thanks for looking at this.

For an install just 2 months old, get the installer back they are responsible. The heating engineer should not have suggested getting involved with Google, unless they are the installer. Contact the installer and ask them to fix it now, as after 2 months it’s not fit for purpose. Simple as that.
