Nest Thermostat lost connection to wifi. I cannot re-connecy

I have followed ALL the steps to reset and the Thermostat will not connect to wifi

I had the same problem after I changed my WiFi router used the same ssid and password. Did a reset on the nest thermostat and went through the setup and it connected, so I'd say do a reset.

Thanks for reaching out — I'd love to know more about it: Do you receive any messages or code on your Nest Thermostat or on the app? What are the troubleshooting steps you performed? Is your thermostat able to detect other Wi-Fi networks? Also, could you please check for some interference that may affect the connectivity of your thermostat like cordless phones, bluetooth devices, and baby monitors? 

 

@Paulam, you can check for some interference as well.
