Hy, I have the same issue as the post here: https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Nest-Thermostats/Nest-Thermostat-not-starting-heating/m-p/159... but they write the solution by mail so I can't read it!!
The problem is that the heat link starts the boiler only with the manual button and only sometimes with the software (without any apperent rule)
Please @IanG1 or @DragosC (or anyone that knows it) can you send me the solution?
