I have 2 zone forced air heat and A/C, two thermostats.
6 wires in the wall at each thermostat, White Yellow Green Red Orange Blue. W Y G R are all connected to their corresponding terminal in my current thermostat.
Upstairs I have blue connected to Rc and orange unconnected in the wall. Downstairs I have orange connected to Rc and blue unconnected in the wall. I assume that the Rc wires at each thermostat go to the power at the 2 separate a/c compressor transformers, which is why one is unconnected for each zone?
Can I use the Nest 2020 version or do I need the Nest Learning version?  Would I connect the Red wire (R) to RH and the blue/orange to RC in my Nest setup?
