- What type of Nest thermostat do you have?
- Did you try using the Help Center or troubleshooter before contacting support? If so, which steps have you tried already?
- When did cooling last work?
- Is this a new installation?
- Are you receiving any error codes?
- What type of system do you have? (Heat Pump or conventional type)
- If it's a new installation, provide a picture of your previous wiring configuration and a picture of the current one.
- Have you experienced extremely hot weather lately?
- Have you set up a temperature schedule for your thermostat?
- Do you know if your Nest Thermostat is a NLT or Nest thermostat E?
