Nest Thermostat support.

My Nest on the wall is hooked up to internet and working. I rebooted everything but the Nest Device on my phone will not sync.  and it is also hooked up to the internet.  but on the app it says the Wi fi is not connected and also turned my phone on and off several times.

  1. What Nest thermostat model do you have?
  2. Does the thermostat display show any error codes or messages?
  3. Are you trying to connect to the 2.4 GHz or the 5 GHz network?
  4. How far away is the thermostat from the router?
  5. What steps did you try to solve this situation?

 

Once I have this information, I can provide the correct solution to this situation.
