It is scheduled to heat the water for 1 hour every morning and is not working, boost is still working! Any ideas ?

Hi,
ive been having the same issue for the last week or so. It due t come on for a few days (even though it is scheduled) & just when it resumes it stops working again. I’ve listed several replies on Google’s help pages but had not one reply. I’ve no idea what’s going on as I’ve not changed any settings etc. Quite a few people seam to be having the same issues. Please help Google, cold water isn’t funny in November !
