Nest Thermostat wiring doubt

Hi

I wanted to make sure my wiring are correct with heat pump. I am confused how to connect with W1/O/B and W2. 

I have setup Nest Thermostat as below picture.

I had the same W1-W2 crisscross on my old system. Had a technician over and he switched them to what you have. Going home to see if it works later.

Its great, Thanks a lot for your quick reply. My heat pump is not running, but its blowing heat air now. Not sure am i missing something. please keep me posted your updates.

So mine worked after talking w great tech support. Highlights are factory reset (a few times). And make sure you correctly tell setup which wires you have. Should ask if you have heat pump. Use O wire option when asked.

Who knows what terminal Power means? Is it related to Star Wars? WTF?
