Nest Thermostat wont connect to App

Wifi connects but thermostat won't connect to app. This is the 4th thermostat I'm connecting. Start to think faulty product?

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the delayed response here. I wanted to dig deeper why your Nest thermostats are not connecting to your Nest app.

A few questions — are you getting a specific code or a message when trying to add them to your Nest app? If yes, what is it? Also, what is the make and model of your mobile device? If you could also provide a rundown of all the steps that you've already tried, I would appreciate it.

I have the same problem.  Started 2 days ago and now my App won’t recognize my Nest Thermostat even though they are both connected to the same WiFi network
