Nest Thermostat

We have two Nest Thermostat E's and we were able to confirm that one of them is causing our furnace system to turn on and off rapidly so we turned that unit off. Is there a phone number we can call to walk us through the steps required to fix the problem? If not, can you email us detailed instructions on exactly what we need to do to resolve our issue.

Hi carmine4875,

Thanks for reaching out ― let's see what's going on.

Give these steps a try:

  1. Check your air filter, as a clogged filter may cause a similar symptom.
  2. If the air filter is dirty and needs to be changed, I recommend replacing the air filter and let us know if the issue continues after you change the filter.

Keep us posted.

Best,

Mel
