Nest Thermostat

The nest is not responding, and the air has been on since yesterday, 

the screen is blacked out and I can hear the air on, and I am not able

to shut it off

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your Nest Thermostat. I'd love to know more about this and I have a few questions:

• What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
• How is your Nest Thermostat wired?

To isolate the issue, could you try removing the display of your Nest Thermostat and check if the air would turn off?
