Nest Thermostat

Hello. I have got my Nest thermostat working ok and connected to the App on my Samsung phone. I cannot get it to connect to my wife's phone also Android, because when i go to settings/Nest App/ Enter key on the thermostat it advises me that it is already connected. I have had two phone apps connected before. Any ideas?

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your inquiry about sharing access to your Nest thermostat with your wife. I'd love to help.

 

In giving access to any of your family members, there's no need to attempt adding your Nest thermostat again on their phone. Since it was already added to your account, all you need to do is invite them as a home member to have access.

 

Have a look at this guide on how to add a home member using the Google Home app and let us know if that helps.
