Nest Thermostat

Heat is not turning on, I am getting an error code T04, something about forced air. Need advice, is it a thermostat issue or my actual AC unit. Thank you for any help..

Is this a first-time installation? It appears that your thermostat detected a problem during a system test. To be sure, could you please share with us a photo of your previous and current thermostat's wiring? Also, check your thermostat's power readouts under the "Technical Info" settings.
