Nest Thermostat

I set my Nest thermostat to 80 degrees when I left Florida in April. It keeps cooling during the day to 73 degrees which I don’t need since I am not there. My power bill is crazy high since the thermostat keeps trying to drop the temperature during the day. How do I stop this from happening?
