Nest won't turn on the AC

As others have mentioned - all of a sudden my AC is going through periods where it refuses to cool. This is the third time this has happened, the other two times it lasted hours. I have gone through all my echo settings and made sure there is nothing that should be preventing the AC from turning on. It is set to cooling mode but the home is just getting hotter and hotter. Anyone else find a solution to this?

• If possible, share a photo of the wiring on your old thermostat.
