Nest Usage data not updating

I have a Neat 3 learning thermostat and have not done a hard reset. Can you tell me why my history shows "no usage" for the last two days, when the boiler has been on?

Same issue here. Last 2 days history data absent from App but present on all 3 of my thermostats.

No issues with Wi-Fi connection and schedule works correctly.

Same here. Everything has been fine up until Tuesday of this week too. It shows hours of heating for Tuesday but when I click on the day to see breakdown, there's about half the day showing (missing info for when I know the furnace was on). For Wednesday it shows nothing and says no usage at all, which is wrong. However, the Nest itself and Google Home apps show accurate usage. The furnace is working fine and our thermostat is up to date also...

Same here.  How do you show history in Home app?

In the Home app, click on thermostat and then in the top right corner there’s a little icon with a bar graph and leaf. It’s in between the blue nest house icon on the left and the gear icon on the right. Click that and then you can see history daily, weekly and monthly. Hopefully that makes sense!

It is the right place but that’s so strange, you don’t have the same icon as me! Sorry I should have attached a screenshot in the first place. I have no idea why it isn’t there or how to get it, I’m sorry.
