Locked out of my nest thermostat without having the app

So my family and I had locked our thermostat so kids wont mess with it but we all forgot the pincode and none of us has the app can anyone help me wih like possibly hard reset or do we have to erase it

Nest thermostat starts on it own

Thermostat come on by itself, and always sets up to 21degrees. Doing it roughly every 2 hours, app on my phone hasn't been changed and neither has the wall mounted nest.
