Locked out of my nest thermostat without having the app

So my family and I had locked our thermostat so kids wont mess with it but we all forgot the pincode and none of us has the app can anyone help me wih like possibly hard reset or do we have to erase it

Do you still need help with this? If yes, is there anyone you’ve invited to share access to your Nest home? If there is, they should be able to change any settings or unlock your thermostat with the Nest app.
