I have just installed a nest 3rd gen and had my wifi installed and the best isn’t connecting to the heat link to control the temperature. It’s only working on manual. As soon as I switch it to nest/app control the boiler doesn’t fire up
I had a professional install the device and it is wired in.
Any help would be appreciated!!
