Nest ac on only for a few second then warm air

Hi its has ac for a few seconds/minutes then heating kicks in. 

This happened prior as well. I had tenant that changed the Thermostat to a regular.

Thanks for reaching out! I understand your AC is only running for a few seconds, which can definitely be frustrating  but not worries I am here to help!

To help diagnose the problem, could you please send me a picture of your Nest thermostat's wire connections? Seeing the wiring will allow me to check if everything is connected properly.
