These last 2 days the nest app has been showing no usage despite the heating being on a lot the last 2 days.
I have tried uninstalled and reinstalling the app with no luck.
Is there currently a known issue I should be aware of?

Yikes! Let's sort this out.
Are you located in North America or Europe? What type of Nest Thermostat do you have? If you have either the Nest Learning Thermostat or the Nest Thermostat E, please check for the energy history of your thermostat on the thermostat itself and check if there's one.
