Nest app thinks I'm away

Phone location is on accurate for the nest app for home/away assist however it thinks I'm not home? Any clues?

Hi Jenny, it's a nest learning thermostat (3rd gen). Both my phone (Google pixel 6a pro) and my wife's phone (iPhone) are set up for home and away. I've tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling but that hasn't worked. On the "what decides if you're home" screen on nest settings, my phone has a warning symbol next to it advising it's not hearing from my phone and that it's currently not being used for home and away assist, despite my location settings being on accurate. Any ideas?
