Nest blowing hot air when on AC

I have replaced my Honeywell with the following configuration:

Y into Y1

G into G

C into C

W into W

and R into Rh

Brown unused.

Upon looking at the configuration on the Honeywell it notices the heater is a heating pump configuration. When hooking up the nest in the above fashion it only says conventional and AC wont blow cold air. Any help or recommendations are appreciated. 20210913_210338.jpg

I too have similar problems. Sadly I am a renter in an apartment. They are old apartments and I think they may be not compatible even though Google said they were. So I may look into another smart thermostat.

Best regards,
