I"ve set up a family member to access the Google Nest Thermostat ver 4
on their iPhone. They can see the thermostat and the sensor in the
Google Home app but they are both greyed out with a status of Offline.
On my iPhone they both work perfectly.
I don't see why I have to buy a new thermostat because you no longer
