To all with this problem DO NOT GET THE NEST 4 th Jen I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM GOOGLE OR NEST AGAIN AFTER 3 years now they take the software from unit so you can not use it from the phone BUT THEY WANT YOU TO UPGRADE AFTER SPENDING 269.99 when it first came out for the top of the line so after 2 years now they want me to spend more money for a new AND I NEVER GOT AN EMAIL FROM THEM THEY ARE THEFES MAKING SOMETHING TO STOP WORKING SO YOU HAVE TO BUY NEW ONE ( NEVER AGAIN ) and I will let everyone know on every platform what NEST AND GOOGLE HAS DONE
