I can’t login to my next account and can’t get a password reset email
and I was never able to migrate my account then I got a “reload” message
when trying to get help and can’t rejoin/find the message.
I learned it’s because gen 1 and 2 no longer have access to the app.
Google made them dumb by sunsetting their “support” last month. You
should have an email with a discount code if you want to replace it.
