Nest blows cold then hot when set on cool. I've reset this thing a dozen times. HELP! ON wire orange c is blue if that means anything.

Post a picture of the original thermostat wiring if you have it

I got it to work after resetting it 12 times. I'm not kidding. I think the nest is faulty. However, it's working now.
