My Nest is in cool mode. When I manually set it to below the current temperature inside, Nest has the HVAC blow out cool air as expected. Once the temperature is reached, Nest turns off - again, as expected. However, when the temperature rises back above the set temp, Nest has the HVAC blow out HOT air!

I manually set the temp to be hotter so the system turns off. Then I manually set it back to cooler. Once the system comes back on, it blows cool air again. So why is Nest blowing hot air when it comes on automatically? That defeats the purpose of having a smart device if I have to be there to verify it's working properly.

Any thoughts?
