Nest.com/m15 error, tried everything

My Gen3 thermostat and Nest app worked fine for 14 months then suddenly today my thermostat shows offline.  The battery has enough power.  Have tried every solution online, still not able to connect.  Neither the thermostat or the Nest app find the Wi-Fi in my house.  All other devices in my house are working and no changes have been made to my router or modems.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Laurenchez,

Thanks for letting us know about your Nest thermostat not connecting to the Wi-Fi network, and I appreciate you being ahead of us and seeking answers across our platforms. Help's here!

To confirm, does it show a different message code below the Network settings? Also, can you give these steps a shot?

  1. Enable your phone's mobile hotspot and perform an Account Connection reset in the Reset settings on your thermostat.
  2. Once done, attempt to reconnect it to your Wi-Fi network.
    1. This is to see if it detects any local network available or if a message code would appear.

Keep me posted on how it goes.

Regards,
Mark

I did try to use my phone's hotspot, that did not work either. My nest did not pick up any hotspot or Wi-Fi.

I called customer service and since I was within my warranty period they sent me a new one. Best solution yet!
