Nest connecting to rinnai heater

I am connecting a Nest Thermostat to a Rinnai heater ex17dt and it won’t turn on the heat we have it wired per the diagram but it doesn’t turn on the heat

Thanks for posting in the Community! Sorry to hear that your heating isn't turning on. No worries, help is here! Please provide me with the following information to get the right troubleshooting:

1. What Nest Thermostat model do you have?
2. Can I get a photo of your previous wiring and the current one?
3. What kind of system do you have? Conventional or Heat Pump
