Nest disconnected - discount not working

The discount code is not working.
 
I think when I clicked for the first time, I saw the discount deducted, but frankly speaking I thought it is a scam and you just can't switch off my Nest like this. Justification was so pathetic, that boilers in Europe are too complicated, for the leading global technology company that I did not believe. Just incredible.
So I was just checking, not buying. Now I realized it is real but the discount is not working.
 
Please do something.

We don't have a Nest thermostat, but you could try contacting Support.

To contact Support:

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Select your device from the dropdown, click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country

You don’t understand. I NEED A NEW DISCOUNT CODE.

I understand you need a new discount code.

You can try contacting Support to get one, using the steps I provided (the process keeps changing).

Or you can hope that a Google Nest Support Specialist sees your post and asks you to fill out a "form" that will hopefully help you.

I'm just another Google Nest customer.  (Other customers provide most of the answers in this community forum.)

I hope Support gives you the discount code you need.

Dear Mpls, thanks for the advice. Now I understand. Let’s sustain the traffic then. Maybe someone will notice. By the way Google’s explanation, that they can’t cope with diversity of European boilers, when Nest connects to these boilers with two wires an two states: on and off was so pathetic, that I genuinely thought it was a fraud.  I think they created this mess to punish us in the EU for the penalty they’ve got.

I can't speak to the issues with the EU, though I have seen a number of posts about it. And there are posts from other customers having various problems with discount codes.

Hi Mpls, don't get angry about communism, we are maybe a bit too rude for some Americans' tastes down here. Anyway, your advice was quite useful, thank you. No new code yet, but at least I managed to send a message, which seems to go somewhere else than to a black hole.
