Nest doesn’t seem to cool sometimes

• Hello. The system cools most the time especially at night. But, if I set the thermostat in the afternoon, it turns on but doesn’t seem to cool the house. I’ve checked different settings and everything looks ok. It seems to do this several times during the week.

Hi Violet_G,

Thanks for reaching out here in the Google Nest Community.

I'd like to check and try a couple things for us to further isolate the issue. Have you tried doing a restart on your Nest Thermostat? Turn off the HVAC switches then check the fuses and make sure they are still working fine. Change the Nest Thermostat mode to cooling and observe how it goes.
