Hi we have had nest e for a couple of years with no problems then error message saying error can't connect to heatlink. Have tried resetting heatlink no joy so factory reset thermostat and connected to WiFi display just showing a house symbol.trying to add Heatlink but no joy have done reset and light blinks blue twice then goes back to Amber. Can switch heating and hot water manually Help😵💫
