Hi,
I have a nest thermostat that's about 4 months old. And it doesn't seem to be picking up any kind of WiFi.
I have reset the stat, reset the WiFi, even tried using my phone as a hot-spot. But it doesn't pick anything up.
Any help would be much appreciated,

Does your thermostat display a specific code when this happens?

Thank you for the reply. Turned out the thermostat had a hardware issue and a replacement has been sent out and fitted.
