Nest has disconnected from my app. I’ve reset and now app won’t connect to thermostat.

I’ve recently tried to put the heating on via my nest thermostat app and there was no device connected. I’ve completed a factory reset as per guidelines and now the app won’t connect to the thermostat. I’ve tried to complete the setup on google home but that guides me through how to manually install which I don’t need. Any ideas?
