Hi,
I have a nest learning thermostat (display 3.4) and my heat link died last year. I tried to find a replacement but didn’t manage and looking online I noticed other people facing the same issue.
I checked for power to the heat link, it is fine(230V), cycled power on and off as someone suggested but the heat link seems dead with no lights.
Could you please let me know how to get a replacement heat link in Athens, Greece?

Thanks for reaching out here @Hoodalis . I'm sorry to hear your Heat Link is no longer working as expected and I would be happy to try and assist. You already checked the power and tried to power cycle it which is great, that is always the first steps to take. Let us check a few details together next:
1. When was the thermostat installed?
2. When did you first notice this behaviour?
3. Was it installed by a Nest Pro or by a heating/electrical engineer?
4. Did you notice any message on the thermostat display?
5. Did you notice any power cut in the area before this occurred?
6. Did you have any maintenance done on the heating or electrical system recently?
7. Do you have only one or multiple Google Nest thermostat devices at the location?

Hi @AlexD ,
Apologies for the late reply.
Thermostat was installed two years ago (if I am not mistaken, it might be 3 ya). it worked fine until a few weeks ago.
It was installed by myself, I am an electrical engineer.
No messages (errors or anything else) on the display. The first error I got is that could not connect to the heat-link. No power cuts observed and no maintenance or any works on the heating or electrical installation lately, or around the time that I noticed the issue.
I have only one nest device. Additionally I checked the power supply of the nest, it was 230V as supposed to be and didn't observe anything else. The contact it potential-free and no short circuit observed there either.
Looking forward to your feedback.
Thank you,
Ilias
