I came home today to find an error message on learning thermostat - H71.
I looked through troubleshooting pages and there should be a yellow led on the heat link if the connection has been lost. There are no lights on on the device. It's completely dead. I've looked on these forums and seen this is quite a common issue for the heat links. Would love some advice about what to do as I can't see where I can get a replacement heat link on it's own. They only seem available with a new thermostat which we don't need as that appears to be working fine apart from being able to connect to the broken heat link.
Thanks

Hi @Pduffy87 ,
I'm so sorry for any inconvenience caused by this. Can you please go to the Heat Link and press the button on it for 30 seconds and check if any light will come om?
