Nest heat link no lights and no connection

Nest thermostat can’t connect , says H71 error code , no lights on the nest heat link at all

Hi there! I'm sorry to hear about this, but I'm here to help. Could you please answer to the following set of questions and try the steps?

What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
Have you recently had service or maintenance on your electrical, plumbing, or heating system?
Have you tried any troubleshooting steps before contacting us?
How many zones are present in your setup? Meaning how many thermostats do you have.

Check if there are current power outages.
Check if the breaker switches are set to on.
Turn the breaker switches off and on.
Turn on manual mode by pressing the button of the Heat Link.

Hi Paul, thanks for connecting … it appears my hardware was faulty so o got a new heat link installed under warranty so all working again now
