Hi All,
Suddenly since installation February 2020 my heat link is showing no power lights. I have checked the power and no issues . I have hit the reset button for 20 seconds and still no lights or reconnection. Error h71 on thermostat so re started all power to see if it would re fix the problem but no joy. No power issues in house so I presume faulty heat link . Serial number 09AA01AC341901TJ running off 1 system. Looking at previous posts seems to be common problem but not highlighted in trouble shooting which is very disappointing. Please can you assist as sitting in the cold in late October is not enjoyable?

Thanks for reaching out. I'll do my best to get this sorted for you as soon as possible.
Here are some helpful troubleshooting steps:
Press the button on the Heat Link and check if you have any lights on it
Check if the circuit breakers and the switches are set to on
Turn them off and then back on
Press on the button again and check for LEDs
Could you also help me with some answers to these questions?
How long has your thermostat been installed for?
Did the issue happen during the installation?
Is there any error on the Nest thermostat display?
Have you had any power cuts recently?
Have you had any work done on your electrical or heating systems recently?
If yes, was the power properly restored at the fuse board after work was done?
How many zones ( thermostats ) are present in the setup?

Sure thing. I just checked it and it's still in progress. We requested the replacement, but the warehouse didn't send it out just yet.

Our usual time frames are 2 - 7 business days. However most of the replacements are being sent out sooner, in the first 2 days. It seems like there's a short delay with yours, but it's still in that time frame.

Hi Cristian I got a notification today that the thermostat is being issued out today and I should have it in a few days. I am hoping the heat link is with the thermostat or else I will be receiving the wrong replacement product

Replacement working well and no issues so far. I am trying to post the old thermostat and heat link back through UPS but cannot get in contact with them to collect the parcel. Please can you advise me what to do?

Can you double-check the labels? For returns, usually DHL labels are sent. Have you tried to call UPS?

I understand how frustrating this is and I'm sorry, but we are not able to arrange pick-ups. Have you tried just dropping the package off to one of their collection points?

Hi Alex the closest drop off point for the courier UPS is 80 km from my house. The cost of fuel at the moment it would cost me a substantial amount of money to drop the faulty product back to you. If you want to collect it please arrange collection by the 15th January 2022 or I will dispose for recycling. I am extremely frustrated at this point with your company

I'm sorry to hear about the inconvenience, but you should be able to set up a pick-up appointment with DHL yourself as we don't take care of that. Here's how:
1. To schedule a DHL courier collection please visit https://mydhl.express.dhl/gb/en/home.html#/schedulePickupTab
2. Please select the following options;
· “Do you need to create a shipping label?” - No
· Select “I have a DHL Waybill Number”
· Please enter your 10 Digit Airwaybill number located under the top barcode on your DHL Shipping Label
3. Enter your Pickup Address
4. Select suitable Date/Time for a DHL Courier to collect your parcel
5. Please affix the PrePaid Return DHL Label/s to your package/s prior to handing over to the DHL Courier
