Nest heat link not working

Hi my heat link will not talk to the nest thermostat, I have tried resetting it but it has no lights and does nothing at all. I have tried turning the power off but it's still dead. It was installed in 2020

If it doesn't power on, it seems to be broken.
The best thing you can do is reach out to Google Nest Support 🙂
