Google nest heat link

My google nest thermostat heat link will not connect to the thermostat and its stuck in a mode where the light is blinking blue and will not change. I've tried to factory reset the thermostat and reset the heat link. Before this problem occurred my thermostat all the sudden went offline and would not find a network to connect to. My internet is working and I've tried all the troubleshooting for both issues.

Try this on your display....Settings - Equipment - Heat Link - Then try I think it's Reset, the one above ''Replace Heat Link''

Failing that, locate your 6 digit code on your heat link by the cover screw, and then click ''Replace Heat Link''
