Hi all,
aesl.ie - nest official partner has installed for us 3rd generation nest thermostats.
We have 2 thermostat (upstairs and downstairs) and 3 valves. (upstairs, downstairs and hot water)
At the moment we are having connectivity issues, when we try to switch on/off hot water or downstairs thermostat it doesn't work. It used to work perfectly fine for 3 years now. A google partner is not responding my phone/email and I can't contact them. (I have read they should have 5 years guarantee for our thermostat)
We have called an electrician and he diagnosed that one of the Heat Links for Nest thermostat failed. (I have also his diagnostics) He told me that if I write to google, they provide me refund and new heat link. I have filled in the form a week ago for nest thermostat and noone got back to me. Who can I get help please to replace faulty product that has warranty on it?

Thanks for reaching out to us @Turgut . I am sorry to hear you are having difficulties with your device. Just to confirm, the Heat Link that is having this behavior has no LED lights on it anymore, even though it has power, like it would be off?
