Nest heatlink has lost power

Hi,

My zone 1 heatlink has just lost power. Zone 2 heatlink still working. I've tried turning off fused spur supplying boiler, left for a few minutes and turned back on but nothing happens to the zone 1 heatlink. The thermostat has now gone dead aswell as low battery. I've read that this is a known problem, can this be sorted by nest ASAP please, as hot water is on my zone 1.

Thanks in advance.

Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. Good job with the troubleshooting. Could you also help me with some answers to these questions?

How long has your thermostat been installed for?
Did the issue happen during the installation?
Is there any error on the Nest thermostat display?
Have you had any power cuts recently?
Have you had any work done on your electrical or heating systems recently?
If yes, was the power properly restored at the fuse board after work was done?
How many zones ( thermostats ) are present in the setup?
