Nest heatlink stopped working No led and no heating

Nest heatlink stopped working today. No LEDs. H71 error on thermostat. I have no heating and this is a BIG problem. I have tried all the troubleshooting described in other feedback including holding for 30 seconds, power cycling boiler etc. The unit was installed February 2020. I need a replacement ASAP please. Can someone please help? Thanks

That's a very common problem, and needs to be addressed by Google.

Ring them, they will take your details and send a replacement.
