Nest heats hot water when theres no schedule

Hi all,

I wonder if you could advise me, please?  We moved into a house with 2 Nest Learning Thermostats in a few days ago. I've connected them to the Nest app and deleted all scheduled heating and hot water programs and put them into manual control. Yet our hot water is still hot after several days and last night, at midnight, I noticed that the boiler fired up. Has anyone any experience of their hot water heating despite everything being set to off?

Hi @Farquhar1979. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Let's see what's going on with your thermostats. Do you know if this is the first time the thermostats have been installed? Also, when you say that you put them in manual control, do you mean that you control them from the app?
