Hooked up my Nest thermostat and it says low power. It was working for a minute now all I see on the thermostat is the google sign and my phone won’t let me turn the heat on. Any idea??

Which Nest thermostat do you have?
How did you wire it?
Can you post a picture of the original thermostat's wiring?

I don't see a C wire in the original thermostat's wiring. I highly recommend always having a C wire to ensure you don't have any type of power problems.
Your low-power message could be a result of not having a C wire. Check and see if there is a spare wire going to the furnace. Then look in the furnace and see if there is a C terminal that you can connect to. If there is one, connect the spare wire and the C terminal to the thermostat.
You can use the Google Nest Power Connector if there is no spare wire.

Hi there,
Chiming in — could you please provide the information asked by Mark? It will help us to check it further. Also, you can get the suggestion by Patrick_Caezza to make sure you won't encounter any power issues in the future. Additionally, you can charge your thermostat using a micro USB cable for at least an hour to see if it will maintain the voltage by the wires connected to your thermostat.
I appreciate your help, Mark and @Patrick_Caezza.
Best,
Jenelyn

Hello folks,
I wanted to stop by and see how I could help.
Thanks for the help, @Patrick_Caezza.
@Merk1, thanks for sharing the photo. I'd love to know more about this as well.
Could you also share with us a photo of your Nest Thermostat's wiring? Also, please check its power readouts. You can find this in your actual thermostat's Technical Info settings.
I'll look forward to your response.
Regards,
Mark
