Nest is turning the heating on but not the hot water

My  Hot water is not working 

The system has been installed for 3 months with no issues 

Recently the water has not been heating up 

On investigation it appears that although the Nest thermostat shows the water to be on the boiler is not firing up. The heating function is working fine and hot water is switched on in the settings and sound a click when turned on but the boiler does nothing and the water does not heart up? I have had a plumber and electrician round but they cant find the fault.

can anyone help?
