To whom it may concern,
roughly 2 months ago I noticed one of the two nest thermostats in my house no longer registering on the app. I noticed a Wi-Fi error on the thermostat. I tried troubleshooting by following the recommendations including a reset, but nothing worked. I understand sometimes the nest thermostats sometimes have issues with Wi-Fi connectivity and need to be replaced as a result. How can I attain a replacement?

@tdsaint, sorry to hear about your Nest thermostat as well as for the delayed response. I want to check on this further.
A few questions — what specific Nest thermostat is this? Could you provide a photo of the exact code or message that you're getting on your thermostat's display or Nest app? Also, when and where was it bought and what country are you in?
